It's not often a wave breaks along the pier at Newlyn Cornwall when it does it give's you the chance to take photos from a whole new angle almost directly above where the waves break.

Lee "pasty" Harvey Pro kite Surfer

I'm lucky enough to photograph one of the best kite surfers in the world on a regular basis, he's a close friend and we travel together a lot as well as exploring are local beaches of Cornwall its not all fun and games and many hours are spent in car parks waiting for conditions to get right... But when it does these are the results..
If your interested in learning to kite surf Lee runs a local kite school in Penzance for more info about learning to ride with a him at Pasty Adventures then click on the link.

Cornish Storms

I recently spent the day out photographing a storm batter the coast of Cornwall although the waves were big I think the actual size and power of this storm has been over hyped on social media. That said the power of mother nature is still something to marvel and with the way climate change is effecting us I expect to see storms and damage on this scale more often in the winter months.
