New Years Eve Windsurfing at The Bluff

I spent new years shooting the windsurfing at The Bluff Hayle, this year hasn't been the best for windsurfing we've had a massive run of North Westerly winds and not the usual South West winds so the days of decent wave riding conditions have been limited. This coming year I hope to spend a lot more time at the beach shooting sports in between  wedding work its the reason I 1st picked up a camera and started taking photos.

BWA Cornwall Wave Classic

This weekend I had the pleasure of photographing the Cornwall Wave Classic at the Bluff beach in Hayle, conditions were tricky at best with a harsh onshore northly wind. But the riders put on a show with some great wave riding and jumping.

BKSA Gwithian Wave Masters

The BKSA wave masters arrived at Gwithian this weekend and I had the job of photographing the event, the conditions weren't all time with small waves and inconsistent wind. But the event ran on a beautiful sunny day with all classes run completed, it was nice to see the Cornish men come in on top in both the pro men and the seniors classes with easy wins for Lee Harvey and also Peter Stephens.

My Recent Windsurf UK Interview

For more articles please follow the link https://www.facebook.com/windsurfinguk/ and give them a like, it's great to see a new UK based windsurfing magazine that is doing its best to promote the sport on a UK level. With the level of riding so high in the UK its great to see some decent press coverage, and the more people that support this new magazine then hopefully the better it will be for the UK industry, sharing stories about what's going on in your local area.
